• Used only to tell you we’ve launchedWe never sell it or share it with anyone.
• How to delete itUse the deletion link we give you after you sign up, or email us. Once deleted, it’s gone from our backups within 7 days too.
• How long we keep itWe delete the whole list within 30 days of sending the launch email; if we stop offering the service, within 30 days of stopping.
• Bot checkThe bot check on the waitlist form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs in a Cloudflare frame, and Cloudflare processes your IP address and similar information to tell whether you’re a bot; this site itself does not record IP addresses.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We can see your name, email, billing country and address, card brand and last four digits, the amount and the payment status; we never see your full card number. We use your billing country to tell whether you’re in the EU or the UK (the first batch isn’t open to individuals there yet). For how Stripe handles your information, see Stripe’s privacy policy.

Each Personal desk is deployed on its own, and its data is stored apart from everyone else’s. It holds the questions your agents send and your answers. We, the operator, can technically access this content, but we look at it only when you ask us to investigate a problem. It’s deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

We set no cookies of our own. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and shows us only totals such as the number of visits.

Cloudflare (hosting, visit counts, the bot check, storing the waitlist) and Stripe (payments, receipts, cancellation). Your information may be processed outside Singapore.
