Before and after
The same thing, twice: once as a long report, once as one line saying what you need to do.
The structure comes from something that really happened to the author: after a round of work, an agent replied in the terminal with a 6-section summary and 4 tracks of background progress, with the one thing he had to do buried at the end. The details have been swapped for an example.

- The web desk: read cards and answer with a tap, on your phone or your computer
- Connect your own agents over MCP or the command-line client (connection steps coming soon)
- The card rules come with it; when you say “handle these this way from now on”, your agent remembers and does it that way next time
- Your desk runs as its own instance; what your agents ask you is stored only there, fully apart from everyone else’s
- Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the current period, and nothing is charged after that
- First batch limited to 10 people

- We write the rules for what should come to you and what shouldn’t, to fit how you work
- A weekly “asking less” report: how many times you were asked that week, and how many times you answered “your call”
- One 30-minute call included; you keep the config and the docs

Refunds
- Personal: set up within 7 days, or refunded automaticallyWe set up your desk within 7 days of payment. If we don’t, you get a full refund and your subscription is cancelled automatically, without you having to ask.
- Personal: not worth it? Get the month backIf, once it’s set up, you feel it isn’t worth it, email us and we’ll refund the current month in full. Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the current period, and nothing is charged after that.
- Setup package: full refund until deliveryUntil we deliver, you can have the full amount back at any time. If the agreed delivery date passes without delivery, we refund you in full automatically. Only 2 in the first batch.
